Accelerate your Recovery with a Brainspotting Intensive
with a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and Trauma Specialist
Serving Los Angeles and Ventura Counties
A three-day Brainspotting intensive, with four hours of therapy per day, offers a powerful opportunity for deep, accelerated processing and transformation. Unlike traditional weekly sessions, an intensive allows for sustained focus on resolving trauma, emotional blocks, or performance issues without long gaps between sessions.
This immersive approach helps your brain stay engaged in the healing process, leading to breakthroughs that might otherwise take months to achieve. By dedicating multiple consecutive hours to Brainspotting, you can access deeper layers of stored experiences, regulate your nervous system more effectively, and integrate lasting change. Additionally, the extended time together fosters a sense of safety and momentum, making it an ideal option if you are seeking rapid progress in your emotional and psychological well-being.

Brainspotting harnesses your body's innate ability to heal.
It is a neurophysiological therapy, meaning that it promotes healing in your brain and body, resulting in positive psychological impacts.
Brainspotting (BSP) locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. This goes deeper than traditional talk therapy because it heals in the more primal "fight or flight" area of your brain which leads to subsequent changes in your neocortex, or"thinking" part of your brain. This helps resolve symptoms and reactions that might feel "automatic" or out of your control.
BSP can also be used to find and strengthen our natural resources and resilience. Expansion Brainspotting is effective in enhancing performance and strengthening desired states of being. Expansion Brainspots have amazing healing potential.
